High Access offer a complete high-level maintenance and cleaning service to the commercial property sector. A unique market position had primed the business for investment and the potential of accelerated growth but a new brand platform and marketing strategy was required to support these ambitious plans.


Working closely with CEO Niel Bethell and his team we redefined brand values to underpin a growth culture and crafted a brand proposition to create genuine sector standout. With a clear strategy in place, we refreshed the High Access brand identity and ‘The height of expertise’ was born.


A rebranded High Access attracted £3.3m worth of investment from the BGF in July 2016 allowing the business to invest in senior management, technology and new machinery. The business has expanded reach with a new Slough depot and made its first acquisition in October 2017. Group turnover has near doubled (from £4.5m in 2015) throughout our now ongoing marketing relationship.
