You’ll likely have between 6-10 years agency experience. As the team behind local networking events such as TwitFaced and Freshwalks we also expect our people to get involved outside of day to day agency life as part of their own personal development.

Your day-to-day role would include…
To understand client objectives and discuss/recommend requirements including the development of the creative brief, project deliverables, timescales, roles and responsibilities, providing best value and advice.
To manage and co-ordinate client requirement documentation including but not limited to our quotations, proposal of works, project schedules (& sign offs), meeting agendas & minutes, monthly activity reports & invoicing etc.
To maintain and develop strong client relationships and continually seek to identify commercial opportunities by proactive management of the client relationship.
To ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet our quality standards. Managing expectation and effectively communicating throughout the lifecycle of a project or retained relationship using appropriate channels (meetings, phone calls, Skype or email).
To deliver (either directly or with support) strategic level planning for client projects in relation to brand strategy & identity, marketing communications and digital / online strategy.
Thinking proactively for retained (and key project) clients how their marketing budget can be spent to deliver the best value and results.
To oversee and delegate tasks to junior team members where necessary, checking and feeding back on quality of their work.
To provide agency marketing & new business support (attending pitches or events, writing blogs or proposals) when required to do so.
