Taking the management team through a brand workshop, their proposition became abundantly clear. In-house capability and rapid response. Driven by a purpose to keep business moving.
Visually, the identity only required a gentle evolution but we crafted a new typography and photographic style. Images that captured their scale and height of work but with safety firmly in mind. Verbally, key messaging was overhauled, including the introduction of a new strapline ‘Height of Expertise’ and a tone of voice redefined to reflect brand personality.
With the right brand platform in place, Studio North - and a partner PR agency - are now providing full-service marketing support to accelerate a three-year ambition to grow the business nationally and double turnover to £10m. The strategy includes a tactical mix targeting facilities managers and building surveyors, cross-selling the full range of services.
