Glaisyers’ clients were a happy and loyal bunch. And no wonder. Their staff team is a friendly collection of expert legal advisors working diligently to solve their client’s legal issues. Their strength was in their service delivery and legal expertise. Their weakness was a brand identity that didn’t reflect this.
Working with a business with such an excellent reputation amongst its clients isn’t about trying to re-invent, but about the packaging of what’s already there. This was a people business with exceptional customer service at heart. So we set about letting potential customers know that Glaisyers was ‘their kind of law firm’.
A revitalised brand identity and much-improved logo helped breathe a more contemporary style across all brand communications. An illustration style was used as a graphic depiction of a ribbon, which expands from the central feature of our logo. The ribbon is a visual metaphor that represents both sides of the business – the personal and professional working in harmony.
