We were asked to create a new brand identity that would set Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust apart in the marketplace. The brand would promote the Trust as the go-to service provider in and outside the region.
We really wanted to know our stuff before defining the creative brief. So we turned ourselves into experts in both NHS guidelines and the Darzi report, combining this with stakeholder interviews and desk research.
We recommended an umbrella brand for the organisation, supported by sub-brands to highlight core services. With a brand theme of 'Here for you', we set the tone by developing the messaging and guidelines.
We launched the new brand across a range of communications, including bread and butter pieces such as the Trust website and Annual Report. We also chipped in on the 'Life is a Rollercoaster' campaign.
