We recently spent a week in Westlake, Ohio, to commence a significant global rebrand project for our client, Nordson Corporation. The multinational corporation designs and manufactures dispensing equipment for consumer and industrial adhesives, sealants and coatings. Listed on the NASDAQ, Nordson posted annual sales of $1.8bn in 2016, they also employ more than 6000 people in 40 countries around the globe.
Strategy Director, Nick Wright, led the research team on our first fact finding mission, speaking face to face with the senior leadership team and other colleagues to ascertain existing brand perceptions and future ambitions. We are currently conducting interviews with colleagues across other continents and will return to Ohio in May to facilitate intensive workshops ahead of evolving their visual and verbal identity system in line with the newly defined brand strategy.
