Proud to help make Transpennine Express 'Proud of It'

We’re chuffed to bits with the latest in a series of powerful storytelling videos for Transpennine Express. Their senior management team gave us a blank canvas to excite and inspire colleagues about the business plan underpinning their next rail franchise period. The narrative to the video, a special poetry commission, was delivered by Transpennine Express employees and focuses on their job purpose, rather than job function.

The video was one part of an internal communications campaign aimed at all employees which included an annual report brochure and a set of accompanying posters. The campaign ‘Taking the North further’ used images of both current employees and the cities they help connect by the Transpennine Express network.
